This Seedphrase, also called backup words, is a translation of your private key that is much easier to backup than a string of random looking zeroes and ones. Without a private key, you cannot generate public addresses to receive crypto, and more importantly, you cannot make any outgoing transactions. So it is very important that you store this private key in the form of your backup words in a safe way and in the correct order! Do not forget to test your backups.
