For orders within the Netherlands, we usually manage to deliver one day after you place your order. However, your order must be submitted before 23:30.
As soon as you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible.
As soon as a shipping label has been created for your order, we will send you an e-mail with track & trace information. From that moment on, you can follow your order. If the track & trace information gives cause to do so or if you have any doubts about the status / progress of your order, please contact us immediately. Also contact us if your address is incorrect or if you have not received your package while the tracking info states it as delivered.
To enable us to investigate your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 3 weeks after the order date and/or after receiving the track & trace code. We will investigate and find a suitable solution. If you contact us after this period, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to investigate and the responsibility of resolving issues will transfer to you.
